The libraries are to be replenished with such books as "Strategiya: The Foundations of the Russian Art of Strategy" by lecturer at King's College London Ofer Friedman, Andrew Monaghan's "Russian Grand Strategy in the Era of Global Power Competition," and another English author Samuel Ramani's work on the Ukrainian conflict, the posting read.
The price of the contract for each edition is $600, and its fulfillment must be completed by mid-June, the posting added.
To train military pilots, it is also planned to purchase books on China, artificial intelligence and space strategy, the website said.
