The posting read that the purchase was expected to be made for training of the
US Air Force. The libraries are to be replenished with such books as "Strategiya: The Foundations of the Russian Art of Strategy" by lecturer at King's College London Ofer Friedman, Andrew Monaghan's "Russian Grand Strategy in the Era of Global Power Competition," and another English author Samuel Ramani's work on the
