The main aim of the Department for Partnership with Africa is to develop comprehensive relations with the African continent, as well as strengthen strategic relations, she added.

"It is not only about huge natural resources, which are key to the sovereignty of the African countries, but about the colossal human capital. Africa, with its 1.5 billion people population, is at the same level with China and India, at the same time, half of African people are under 20 years old. This great demographic potential will change the global landscape," Dovgalenko explained.
