MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The rotation of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) experts stationed at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant (ZNPP) was disrupted solely due to deliberate actions by the Ukrainian side, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Thursday.
The Russian Defense Ministry has released video footage confirming the use of attack drones and artillery by Kiev on Wednesday against a convoy of IAEA experts in order to disrupt the planned rotation at the ZNPP.
"The disruption of the rotation of IAEA experts occurred solely due to deliberate actions by the Ukrainian side," the ministry said in a statement.

The Russian Ministry of Defense, for its part, has fulfilled all obligations to ensure security and ceasefire in the area where IAEA experts are rotating, the statement read.
"In total, the enemy carried out 12 attacks on the convoy of vehicles of the Russian Ministry of Defense working group providing for the meeting and security of IAEA experts," the ministry said, adding that the shelling inflicted damage on vehicles of the Russian Defense Ministry working group.
The Ukrainian armed forces conducted artillery shelling as the Russian convoy approached the IAEA experts' meeting site, the statement said.
