MOSCOW (Sputnik) - North Korean state news agency KCNA reported this week that the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) has amended its constitution to classify South Korea as a completely hostile nation, leading to the termination of highway and railway services between the two countries.
A South Korean drone was found in one of the districts of Pyongyang, and the Defense Ministry of North Korea said a repeated intrusion by South Korean military assets will be considered a declaration of war and will lead to retaliatory strikes, KCNA reported.
According to the DPRK Defense Ministry, on October 13, the wreckage of a South Korean drone was found in Pyongyang.
