Five Kenyan police officers appeared in court on Wednesday, suspected of aiding Collins Jumaisi, a man accused of murdering and dismembering dozens of women, to escape from a police cell in Nairobi on Tuesday, along with 12 Eritrean illegal migrants.Prosecutors are reportedly seeking a 14-day detention order for the five officers, which includes one woman, to enable the completion of investigations. On Tuesday, Kenyan police launched an extensive manhunt after a man, who had allegedly confessed to killing and dismembering 42 women, escaped from a Nairobi police cell.
