Clashes in Volchansk Town in Kharkov Region Underway, Russian Official Says

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The Russian armed forces have taken full control of settlement of Bugrovatka in the Kharkov region and advanced into the territory of Ukraine's defense, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Tuesday.
Military clashes are taking place in Volchansk in the Kharkov region, and Russian forces will take control of the town soon, the head of Russia-controlled territories in the region, Vitaly Ganchev, said on Friday.
"The main city that is on the verge of liberation is Volchansk. The fighting continues, we can say that every street recaptured from the enemy is the result of serious and difficult battles," Ganchev wrote on his Telegram channel, adding that the Russian forces are taking better positions in the region.
The Russian troops are also advancing towards the Borovoye settlement, the official added.
