MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The FSB said on Friday night that the shooting and fire occurred before a concert at the Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk, near Moscow.
The chairman of the Russian lower house's defense committee, Andrey Kartapolov, on Saturday called Ukraine and its allies the most interested parties in the terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall concert venue near Moscow.
"Naturally, the most interested party could be Ukraine and its supervisors. … If it [Ukraine's involvement] is confirmed, I would not be surprised at all. But now the most important part is to give them [perpetrators] a decent, concrete and understandable response, not theoretical, but on the battlefield," Kartapolov told Sputnik.
