Russian special services have detained four suspects in connection with the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert venue near Moscow in the Bryansk Region, near the border with Ukraine, the Russian Investigative Committee said.According to the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), they are currently being transported to the capital Moscow.The FSB added that following the terrorist act, the perpetrators intended to cross the border between Russia and Ukraine through relevant contacts in Ukraine.The terrorist attack was thoroughly planned, and the perpetrators had weapons prepared in advance in a cache, the FSB noted, adding that work is underway to determine all the circumstances of the incident.Eleven people have been arrested in connection with the attack, including four who were directly responsible, the authorities said.Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko said that 115 people had been hospitalized, including five children, while 60 adults and one child are in serious conditions. A criminal case has been opened over the terrorist attack.A Sputnik correspondent who witnessed the incident said that at least three men disguised in camouflage and without masks burst into the hall through the first floor, shooting people at close range and throwing incendiary bombs.

"After committing the terrorist attack, the criminals intended to cross the Russian-Ukrainian border and had relevant contacts on the Ukrainian side of the border," the FSB said.
