Moscow offered Mali 50,000 tonnes of wheat and 20,000 tonnes of fertilizer in 2023, Russian Ambassador to Mali, Igor Gromyko, said at his end-of-year press conference.He also noted that his country awarded 35 scholarships to students from Mali in 2023, and 290 scholarships are planned for the 2023-2024 academic year.The two countries could also sign contracts in the field of mining and cotton production, the diplomat added.The two countries are also developing cooperation in other areas.
