Moscow offered Mali 50,000 tonnes of wheat and 20,000 tonnes of fertilizer in 2023, Russian Ambassador to Mali, Igor Gromyko, said at his end-of-year press conference.He also noted that his country awarded 35 scholarships to students from Mali in 2023, and 290 scholarships are planned for the 2023-2024 academic year.The two countries could also sign contracts in the field of mining and cotton production, the diplomat added.The two countries are also developing cooperation in other areas. Moscow offered Mali 50,000 tonnes of wheat and 20,000 tonnes of fertilizer in 2023, Russian Ambassador to
Mali, Igor Gromyko, said at his end-of-year press conference.
He also noted that
his country awarded 35 scholarships to students from Mali in 2023, and 290 scholarships are planned for the 2023-2024 academic year.
