Moscow Makes Historic Debut at GITEX Nigeria With High‑Tech Solutions
A total of 15 Moscow high‑tech companies showcased their innovations in Lagos under the Made in Moscow brand — from UAVs and AI platforms to banking equipment and fire protection systems.
The exhibition served as a launchpad for direct negotiations and assessing demand in one of Africa's largest markets.
"Nigeria's market of nearly 240 million people makes it one of the most promising destinations for technology exports. Participation in GITEX Nigeria is a step toward long‑term partnerships for Moscow companies in the African continent," said Vitaly Stepanov, CEO of the Moscow Export Center.
In total, over 120 targeted B2B meetings were held, with Nigerian partners expressing strong interest in Moscow's high‑tech solutions.
Next stops: business mission of the Russian med-tech companies to South Africa and a visit of Kenyan business delegation to Moscow this October.
