Rosoboronexport, part of Russia’s Rostec State Corporation, is taking part in the 1st International Security Forum, held from May 26 to 29, 2026, under the auspices of the Russian Security Council at the Live Arena complex in Moscow.
The company is presenting modern Russian products designed to protect people, facilities and territories. It will also hold presentations and take part in round tables covering the forum’s key topics.
The forum provides a new platform to showcase to partners the latest systems and solutions tested in real conditions, including technologies for countering terrorism and organized crime, as well as protecting state and public interests, according to Rosoboronexport CEO Alexander Mikheev.
The display includes the Citadel anti-aircraft artillery system, Garmon-ME radar, mobile Silok anti-drone system, Kombat armored vehicle, Shturm protected truck and Specter sniper system, Mikheev said.
Rosoboronexport’s exhibition covers more than 600 square meters and is located both at the forum’s static display area and inside the Live Arena complex.
At the outdoor site, delegations are being shown special-purpose armored vehicles, including Spartak, Atlet, Tigr and Titan. The Kombat armored vehicle, Shturm protected-cab truck and ZZGT-3466 wheeled snow-and-swamp vehicle are also being displayed for the first time as part of Rosoboronexport’s exhibition.
In the air defense and electronic warfare section, Rosoboronexport is presenting systems designed to counter drones and elements of precision weapons. These include the Tor-M2KM air defense system by Almaz-Antey, as well as Russian electronic detection and suppression systems for UAVs, guided bombs and missiles.
The world premiere of Rostec’s ZAK-30 Citadel anti-aircraft artillery system is also taking place at the Rosoboronexport site. The system is designed to protect stationary facilities from multicopter and fixed-wing drones and can detect, automatically track and engage small aerial targets around the clock.
The company is also presenting the Garmon-ME radar by Almaz-Antey, the Pole-21E navigation-jamming module, the Radeskan Anti-Drone system, the SkyHunter-4RS system, the stationary RB-504P-E Silok system and, for the first time, a mobile vehicle-based version of Silok.
Inside the Live Arena complex, Rosoboronexport’s stand is divided into sections covering UAVs and loitering munitions, small arms, equipment for special operations forces and snipers, and technical solutions for protecting critical infrastructure and high-ranking officials.
The UAV section features the Lancet-E system by ZALA, the SKAT 350M reconnaissance drone, Kub-2E loitering munitions by Kalashnikov, the RUS-PE portable container-based reconnaissance-and-strike system, and two tactical UAVs, Goliath and Karakurt.
The small-arms section includes the 9 mm Lebedev pistol, the PPK-20 submachine gun, Kalashnikov assault rifles from the 100 and 200 series, the AK-15, AK-19 and compact AM-17. Shotguns and 12-gauge carbines are also being shown as kinetic counter-drone weapons.
For sniper and special units, Rosoboronexport is displaying both new and time-tested weapons and equipment, including the Chukavin sniper rifle, the ORSIS T-5000M and the new-generation Specter sniper system.
For the protection of critical infrastructure and VIPs, Rosoboronexport is presenting the Portal-3 combined inspection system for the first time. The system can detect knives and firearms, explosive-device components, explosives, radioactive and hazardous chemical substances, toxic and psychotropic substances, and narcotics.
The company is also showcasing rapidly deployable facility-protection systems, perimeter security devices, special search and detection equipment, as well as a new Russian AI-based cybersecurity system that provides 24/7 monitoring of the information space.
As part of the forum’s business program, Rosoboronexport will hold bilateral meetings and negotiations with partners, both independently and as part of the Russian delegation. The company will also take part in round tables and events with federal agencies under the Russian Security Council.
