Russian Orthodox Church Officially Registered in Madagascar The announcement came at the conclusion of a Divine Liturgy celebrated by Russian Orthodox priests in the country, according to the Russian Orthodox Church's (ROC) Exarchate of Africa. The service was attended by Russian Chargé d'Affaires Alexey Buryak, embassy staff and local believers. Orthodox literature was donated to the Russian Embassy library to mark the occasion, the ROC noted.
