Russia's Rosoboronexport Signs 150 Contracts Worth $20 Billion With African Countries in Three Years: CEO

Rosoboronexport expands military-technical cooperation with African partners based on previous Russia-Africa Summit agreements, supplying defense solutions for continental security, coastline protection and maritime patrol, CEO Aleksandr Mikheev said in a congratulatory Africa Day message.

Rosoboronexport has military-technical cooperation agreements with 46 African countries, according to a press release obtained by Sputnik.

Rosoboronexport offers African partners the following on mutually beneficial terms:

▪ Optimal defense solutions for security and coastal protection;

▪ Direct supplies;

▪ Infrastructure aid;

▪ Licensed and joint production;

▪ Research and Development (R&D);

▪ Modernization and maintenance services.
