Mohamed Yongawo, the country's ambassador to Russia, told
Sputnik.
"A memorandum of understanding was signed. Now that it's signed, we need to work on the finer points. So I think both sides are studying them now," Mohamed Yongawo told Sputnik.
He added that the company's management assured him that it was ready to send a team to Sierra Leone at "any time."
