US billionaire Elon Musk has agreed with the idea of Washington withdrawing from the United Nations and NATO. Soon after taking office on January 20, US President Donald Trump signed an executive order on the country's withdrawal from the World Health Organization, citing its unfair funding policies. Trump has also repeatedly criticized Europe for its low contribution to NATO's defense capability and demanded that all member countries increase defense spending to 5% of GDP.
