United States, but Moscow is ready to negotiate with Washington "in a tough bargaining mode," Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said on Wednesday.
"We are open to dialogue and ready to negotiate in a tough bargaining mode, taking into account the realities 'on the ground' and our national interests, predetermined by history and geography. So the decisions and choices are up to Donald Trump and his team," Ryabkov said in response to a media question posted on the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
