The governor of Sudan's Darfur region called on the countries supporting the militias to stop their actions.
At least 18 people were killed and dozens injured in the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) attack on a refugee camp in Sudan's El Fasher, Governor of the Sudanese Darfur region Mini Minawi reported.

"The RSF committed a massacre in the south of El Fasher city at Qoz Bena school, a shelter for displaced people fleeing Zamzam camp. A winged drone targeted the school with a number of bombs, killing 18 women and children and wounding dozens," the governor said on X on Sunday.

The Zamzam refugee camp, near the town of El Fasher, home to nearly a million displaced people, has been subject to paramilitary attacks since December 1, forcing people to flee, Darfur authorities reported.
