At the BRICS Forum on Traditional Values, officials, businessmen and public figures from Brazil, India, China, South Africa, Ethiopia, Egypt, DRC, Pakistan, Uganda and Russia discussed the values and spiritual traditions that unite the nations and provide a reliable basis for further dialogue and cooperation between the countries, a statement said.
The business platform called "Creation," which will unite entrepreneurs who implement the idea of constructive work for the benefit of society in their work, was established at the "Creative Entrepreneurship as Service" round table of the BRICS Forum on Traditional Values held in Moscow this week. The meeting discussed the compatibility of spirituality and business goals, the event's organizers said in a statement.

"It is in the interest of the business community itself to reflect more often on the spiritual dimension of its activities, as this will help to achieve more sustainable and harmonious results. […] Realization by entrepreneurs of their creative role will help to restore dignity and respect to business in the eyes of society," President of the Russian "National Spiritual Meal Foundation" Andrey Gaidamaka was quoted as saying.

According to the statement, the idea of creating a business platform was supported by foreign delegates, representatives of the BRICS countries and candidate states such as Brazil, India, China, South Africa, Ethiopia, Egypt, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Pakistan, and Uganda.
"I am convinced that the economic prosperity of a society depends on the harmonious interaction of four key elements: capital, entrepreneurs, employees and consumers. Each of them has an important role to play, and their harmonious cooperation ensures progress and positive change," member of the lower house of the Brazilian National Congress Chamber of Deputies and former Brazilian Minister of Labor and Employment Ronaldo Nogueira explained.
Other key outcomes of the forum included:
The establishment of a permanent meeting on literature and literary awards; a film cooperation agreement between Russia and India;
A launch of a joint BRICS volunteer platform based on compassion was agreed upon;
Free vouchers for selected children from BRICS countries to attend summer camp in Russia;
An agreement was reached to continue the work to ensure equal rights for fathers and mothers in the association;
The next BRICS Forum on Traditional Values will be held in Brazil, the next BRICS chair, in May. In June, the DR Congo will host the forum events, and South Africa will see the gathering in the fall of that year.
