spiritual and moral values on the BRICS+ agenda;
Create the BRICS+ Commission on Value-Based Humanitarian Cooperation and Interfaith Dialogue that will be responsible for seeking common spiritual and moral foundations and unifying values;
The goal of the commission is to
develop humanitarian cooperation based on common moral values in the BRICS+ countries;
Peace, mercy and high-level culture are determined to be universally significant human values.
