Russian President Vladimir Putin has accepted the Russian Foreign Ministry's proposal to sign the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Treaty with Iran, according to a decree published on the official website for legal information on Wednesday.Putin authorized the Russian Foreign Ministry to make changes to the draft during the negotiations that do not alter general points, the decree said.The decree came one day after Russia’s Security Council Secretary Sergey Shoigu's visit to Iran. Russian President Vladimir Putin has accepted the Russian Foreign Ministry's
proposal to sign the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Treaty with Iran, according to a decree published on the official website for legal information on Wednesday.
"To accept the proposal of the Russian Foreign Ministry, agreed with the interested federal government agencies and organizations, on signing the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Treaty between the Russian Federation and the Islamic Republic of Iran," the document said, adding that it was advisable to realize the signing of the treaty "at the highest level."
