This tournament marks the centenary of the competition, featuring iconic locations and unparalleled excitement. Teams from around the globe will compete in a celebration of football's rich heritage and bright future.
The design for the new Hassan II stadium, inspired by traditional Moroccan marquees or tents used in large events called Moussem, was unveiled by Fouzi Lekjaa, President of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, and

Located in the Benslimane area on the outskirts of
Casablanca, the stadium will occupy 100 hectares. Lekjaa reportedly stated that the stadium will be ready by the end of 2028, aiming to host the 2029 Club World Cup.
Lekjaa emphasized that the Hassan II stadium will be the largest and most beautiful in the world, thanks to advanced technologies and equipment, and will retain this status for many years, the media said.
Construction of the stadium is reportedly scheduled to begin in October 2024.
