"The Samara Region Department of the Federal Security Service has prevented a terrorist act on a defense facility," the FSB said in a statement.
In mid-2023, the perpetrator established contact with a member of a pro-Ukrainian
terrorist group and agreed to commit a terrorist attack in Samara, the security service also said.
