The common digital platform of the BRICS Women’s Business Alliance (WBA), launched on Monday, will become the main communication and information resource of the organization, Anna Nesterova, the chairwoman of BRICS WBA's Russian Chapter, told Sputnik on Monday. She added that the Russian Chapter of WBA was the first to come up with the proposal in 2021, which was later supported by all the organization's members. The platform will become a data hub for communication between businesswomen and potential partners and investors and will take into account the socio-cultural specifics of each participating country, ensuring the exchange of business information, the chairwoman added. The BRICS Women's Business Alliance is an association of women entrepreneurs from the BRICS countries aimed at promoting women's entrepreneurship and increasing their participation in the economic processes of the member countries.

Women’s Business Alliance (WBA), launched on Monday, will become the main communication and information resource of the organization, Anna Nesterova, the chairwoman of BRICS WBA's Russian Chapter, told

"Today we are officially launching the Common Digital Platform for Women's Entrepreneurship, which will become our main communication and information resource," Nesterova said on the sidelines of the first BRICS Women's Entrepreneurship Forum in Moscow.
She added that the Russian Chapter of WBA was the first to come up with the proposal in 2021, which was later supported by all the organization's members.
The platform will become a data hub for communication between businesswomen and potential partners and investors and will take into account the socio-cultural specifics of each participating country, ensuring the
exchange of business information, the chairwoman added.
"The platform will contribute to the establishment of a barrier-free environment for women entrepreneurs in the organization's space, will allow them to build sustainable ties, unite decision-makers, and share new ideas and expert advice," Nesterova added.
