The University of N'Djamena in Chad is ready to start teaching the Russian language, Rector Mahamat Saleh Daoussa Haggar said after a meeting with a delegation from Russia's Higher School of Economics.
According to Haggar, as reported by local media, the University of N'Djamena is developing
fruitful cooperation with a number of Russian counterparts.
