Earlier, newly elected Senegal's leader Bassirou Diomaye Faye announced audits of the country's oil, gas and mining sectors and called on the investors to contribute to the nation's development.
Senegal's new President Bassirou Diomaye Faye ordered a comprehensive assessment of the economic and financial situation.
He has asked the country's Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko to carry out this task in order to draw up an action plan by the end of April, "with a clear schedule for achieving the set objectives."
