MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Rescuers have so far found five survivors and are still searching, but weather conditions are hampering the operation, authorities said, adding that two of the five survivors have been hospitalized.
At least 91 people died after a fishing boat
sank off the north coast of Mozambique, the French media reported, citing a local official.
"Because the boat was overcrowded and unsuited to carry passengers it ended up sinking ... There are 91 people who lost their lives," the official was quoted as saying by the news agency on Sunday.
The report added that there were about 130 people
on the boat.
