PRAGUE (Sputnik) - Czech President Petr Pavel said that Rwanda is ready to accept migrants from other African countries, as well as develop economic cooperation with the Czech Republic, Czech media reported.
Rwanda's approach to accepting refugees is both constructive and humanitarian, Pavel said after a meeting with his Rwandan counterpart, Paul Kagame, the CTK news agency reported on Saturday.
Discussing bilateral cooperation, the presidents of the Czech Republic and Rwanda noted the importance of expanding contacts in the defense sector, as well as in the fields of science and healthcare, the report added.
