Kherson Governor Vladimir Saldo said that two people were hurt in the Ukrainian strike on Brylivka.
"The strike on the village council building, which housed a polling station, left two civilians injured — a woman and a man. They are receiving the necessary medical care," Saldo said on social media.
The attacked building was evacuated. The governor said that the polling would continue elsewhere under enhanced security measures. He accused the government in Kiev of trying to stop the people in Kherson from voting but said that the turnout remained high.
