Gladkov has said earlier that 208 projectiles from different types of weapons, including a Grad multiple launch rocket system and a tactical missile, were fired at ten districts of the region from 7.00 am on March 13 to 7.00 am on March 14. More than half of the projectiles targeted the Grayvoronsky District.The governor said the damage is significant in Belgorod's village of Kozinka, adding that residents have been taken to a safe place and will be sent to their relatives or temporary accommodation centers if they wish. Authorities will try to assess the damage in the morning and will begin reconstruction if the situation allows, Gladkov said.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Belgorod Region Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov has visited the Grayvoronsky District in Russia's Belgorod Region after the shelling and said there are no Ukrainian troops on the region's territory and that the fighting is taking place outside the region.
Gladkov has said earlier that 208 projectiles from different types of weapons, including a Grad multiple launch rocket system and a tactical missile, were fired at ten districts of the region from 7.00 am on March 13 to 7.00 am on March 14. More than half of the projectiles targeted the Grayvoronsky District.
"I am returning from the Grayvoronsky District. Together with the head of regional security, Evgenii Vasilyevich Vorobyev, we drove through the villages of Gora-Podol, Glotovo and Kozinka. I can confirm: there are no Ukrainian troops on the territory of the region, the fighting is taking place outside of it," Gladkov said on Telegram on Friday.
