MOSCOW (Sputnik) - According to the Global Disaster Risk Index 2022, the Philippines ranked first on the list of the most disaster-prone countries in the world.
The death toll from a landslide in the southern Philippine province of Davao de Oro has reached 98, Philippine media reported, citing local authorities.
At least nine people are still missing, the Philstar news portal reported.
