Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni said.
Investors from Russia could invest in the production of goods and services in Africa, Museveni said on the sidelines of the Primakov Readings International Forum.
Museveni added that Russia could also benefit from the sale of goods on the African market.
The Ugandan president noted that Africa is also in need other markets, for example, the Russian one.
