MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The Palestinian-Israeli conflict, linked to the territorial interests of the parties, has been a source of tension and fighting in the region for many decades.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said on Saturday that it had eliminated a company commander of the Hamas's "Nukhba" commando forces who attacked Israeli communities near Gaza Strip border.
"IDF aircraft killed Ali Qadi, a company commander of the Hamas 'Nukhba' commando force, who led the terror attack in Israeli communities near the Gaza Strip last weekend," the IDF said on Telegram.
