"The Algerian authorities have also decided to open the airspace to flights carrying humanitarian aid, injured people and victims," the presidential office said in a statement, adding that Algiers expressed "full readiness to provide humanitarian assistance and all material and human capacities in solidarity with the Moroccan people."
