Over the recent months, the Kiev regime has repeatedly relied on drone attacks as part of the counteroffensive effort. Ukraine's operations have been focused on striking civilian infrastructure. On Friday, a Ukrainian drone attacked the town of Kurchatov in Russia's Kursk Region, where the Kursk nuclear power plant (NPP).
Russia’s nuclear infrastructure facilities remain military targets for Ukraine, Alexey Likhachev, the director general of Russian state nuclear corporation Rosatom, said on Friday.
"We see that the nuclear infrastructure still remains among targets of authorities in Kiev, this is very worrying," Likhachev told reporters.

Ukrainian Drone Attacks Russian Town Near Kursk Nuclear Plant
A Ukrainian drone has attacked the town of Kurchatov in Russia's Kursk Region, where the Kursk nuclear power plant (NPP) is located, regional governor Roman Starovoit said earlier in the day. The drone hit a non-residential building, and slightly damaged its facade.
The majority of foiled Ukrainain drone attacks focused on civilian infrastructure, a move that has repeatedly been used by Ukraine and more frequent in light of the stalled and much-touted Ukraine counteroffensive.
