"On June 23, a warehouse with Storm Shadow cruise missiles was destroyed at a Ukrainian airbase near the village of Starokostyantyniv, Khmelnytsky region, in response to a strike on a road bridge over the Chongar Strait," the ministry said in a statement. The ministry added that over the past day Kiev lost more than 170 service people in unsuccessful offensive attempts in the South Donetsk and Zaporozhye directions. In early 2023, the Western media reported, citing Ukrainian defense sources, that the Ukrainian military is prepared to use the United Kingdom's long-range missiles, such as Storm Shadow, to hit Crimea if these are provided in military aid.
