Burkina Faso Foreign Minister Karamoko Traore, Algerian Foreign Minister Ahmed Attaf, Equatorial Guinea's Foreign Minister Simeon Oyono Esono Angue, Namibian Foreign Minister Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, Malian Foreign Minister Abdoulaye Diop, Guinea-Bissau Foreign Minister Carlos Pinto Pereira and other African nations have confirmed their participation in the forum.
In mid-September, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov announced that the ministerial conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum would be held in Sochi on November 9-10.
During the inaugural ministerial conference, the ministers are expected to review the outcomes of the 2023 Russia-Africa summit and discuss future plans, a representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry told Sputnik in March.
