At Least 22 People, Including Children, Wounded in Ukrainian Attack on Lugansk, Authorities Say

In February, about 28 civilians, 18 were men, nine women and one child, died as a result of a Ukrainian strike on a bakery in the Lugansk People's Republic, the head of the LPR Ministry of Health Natalia Pashchenko said.

At least 22 people, including children, were wounded in a Ukrainian attack on Lugansk on Friday morning, authorities said.
Part of a residential building collapsed after the strike, and people may still be under rubble, officials noted.
According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the strike was carried out by five ATACMS missiles supplied to Kiev by the West. Four missiles were shot down, one of which hit two apartment buildings, the ministry reported.
According to Natalia Pashchenko, head of the LPR Ministry of Health, in February, 18 men, nine women, and one child - lost their lives due to a Ukrainian attack on a bakery in the Lugansk People's Republic.
