On Sunday, fragments of the Ukrainian shot down Tochka-U projectile severely damaged a residential building in Belgorod, according to the Russian Defense Ministry. So far, around 17 people were hospitalized after the collapse of the building, the country's Acting Health Minster Mikhail Murashko noted.

The Russian Investigative Committee announced that it opened a criminal case on terrorism after the shelling in Belgorod.
