At least eight people have been wounded, including a child, in an overnight air attack on Russia's city of Belgorod and the Belgorod Region by the Ukrainian armed forces, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said on Thursday, citing preliminary information. The governor added that 34 apartments in 19 residential buildings have been damaged, as well as one detached house and 37 vehicles. Emergency services are working on sites. Four detached houses and three vehicles have also been damaged in the village of Dubovoye in the Belgorod district, the governor said.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Ukraine has been sending drones and missiles into the Russian territory almost daily since it launched a counteroffensive last June. Russia's Belgorod region has recently been subjected to increasingly frequent Ukrainian drone attacks.
At least eight people have been wounded, including a child, in an overnight
air attack on Russia's city of Belgorod and the Belgorod Region by the Ukrainian armed forces, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said on Thursday, citing preliminary information.
"The city of Belgorod and the Belgorod district have been struck in an air attack by the Ukrainian armed forces. There are direct hits on residential apartment buildings and vehicles. According to preliminary information, eight people have been wounded: seven adults and a child," Gladkov said on Telegram, adding that four of them have suffered shrapnel wounds and have been taken to a hospital, and three of them have been treated on-site.
The governor added that 34 apartments in 19 residential buildings
