Chad's University of N'Djamena Announces Readiness to Start Teaching Russian Language

In late January, Chad's interim President Mahamat Idriss Deby arrived in the Russian capital, Moscow, on his first visit to the country to meet with President Vladimir Putin to discuss ways of strengthening bilateral cooperation between the two countries in various fields.

The University of N'Djamena in Chad is ready to start teaching the Russian language, Rector Mahamat Saleh Daoussa Haggar said after a meeting with a delegation from Russia's Higher School of Economics.
According to Haggar, as reported by local media, the University of N'Djamena is developing fruitful cooperation with a number of Russian counterparts.
The Russian delegation is considering the possibility of creating a department of Russian language teaching at the University of N'Djamena.

The representatives of the delegation got acquainted with the structure and educational and scientific programs of the University of N'Djamena.
