Ukraine's victory over Russia is impossible, Western political and military leaders understand, and all their victorious statements are false, Serbian military expert Mitar Kovac told Sputnik.
"I believe that the Ukrainian top army authorities are increasingly coming to an objective assessment that this is impossible. Because of this, there are internal conflicts between the political and military leadership, mutual distrust," Kovac noted.
