Trilateral Russia-US-Ukraine Talks to Be Held in Abu Dhabi on November 10-11, Kremlin Confirms
Presidential aide Medinsky remains Russia's chief negotiator in the trilateral talks with the United States and Ukraine, presidential spokesman Peskov told Russian media.
Several rounds of talks in this format—trilateral negotiations at the working group level, mediated by the United States—have already taken place:
🟠January 23–24, 2026, in Abu Dhabi
🟠February 4–5, 2026—second round, also in Abu Dhabi
🟠Later, on February 17–18, another round took place, this time in Geneva.
The essence of the format was the same throughout: the Russian and Ukrainian delegations conducted dialogue, with the United States acting as mediator.
The meetings discussed parameters for ending the conflict, security guarantees, humanitarian issues, and steps toward a peaceful settlement.
