Two Nigerien Diplomats Expelled From France: Niamey Accuses Paris of Ingratitude "This is how France thanks those who have served alongside it," stated Nigerien Minister of Justice Alio Daouda.One of the expelled diplomats, Abdoul-Razak Ibrahim Moussa Toro, was severely injured in 2014 during a joint operation with the French army and was subsequently treated in France. Declared persona non grata on September 16 despite an appeal, he left France on September 19 with his family. The French press claimed the two men were suspected of monitoring Nigerien opposition figures.  The video shows the end of a meeting where Minister Daouda read out the government’s communiqué, denouncing Paris’ decision.Subscribe to @sputnik_africa Sputnik Africa | X
