Over 500 Migrants: Ceuta Clears Last Major Migrant Settlement in Ceuta Ahead of Visit by King and Queen

More than 20 vans from the Spanish National Police arrived at the El Guano camp in Ceuta to clear the last major migrant settlement in the enclave. More than 500 people remained at the site, including around one hundred minors.

The operation is taking place two days before the scheduled visit by King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia.

The operation follows the dismantling of the camps on Benítez and Trampolín beaches, from which some 1,700 migrants were previously transferred.
