'Putin Has Clear Vision for Africa's Development,' Says Rwandan Ambassador Russia and African countries share substantial common ground on how bilateral and multilateral cooperation should be organised, noting that both are united by a wish to shape a world order based on respect for international law and multilateralism, Joseph Nzabamwita told Russian media."Despite the world experiencing tectonic shifts, we are convinced that dialogue will enable us to weather these storms—especially now, as Russia and President Vladimir Putin host the third Russia-Africa Summit. This event opens up opportunities for dialogue between Russia and the African continent, and between Russia and African leaders." The third Russia-Africa Summit will take place on October 28 and 29 in Moscow.Subscribe to @sputnik_africa Sputnik Africa | X
