Putin confirms Russia's readiness to supply oil to the US and global markets in call with Trump

The Kremlin says the two presidents discussed a settlement to the Ukraine conflict in their phone call — and that Putin confirmed Russia's willingness to supply oil and petroleum products to American and world markets.

"It will positively affect the entire global economy," the Russian president noted.

Both presidents confirmed an agreement to continue personal contacts and cooperation through their agencies.
