Russia Can Help CAR 'Take Leap Forward' to 'Truly Become Digital Country,' Says CAR Minister of Digital Economy
Bangui has decided to transition from satellite-based digital infrastructure to physical infrastructure, Minister of Digital Economy, Posts and Telecommunications Roger Andjalandji told Sputnik Africa on the sidelines of the 2nd Global Digital Forum in Moscow.
"We only have one corridor today to access the world. So, it remains fragile; we are somewhat dependent on a neighboring country, and we are also dependent on many other factors."
According to the minister, the Alliance for the Digital Sovereignty of African Countries, would "move forward more effectively, share experiences, and truly build African sovereignty."
