Burkina Faso Inaugurates Ultramodern Complex at Institute of Arts and Crafts: Correspondent The new structure at the Burkinabè Institute of Arts and Crafts (IBAM) notably includes a 500-seat amphitheater, a video projection room, a reading room, and several laboratories, a Sputnik Africa correspondent reported. Minister of Higher Education Adjima Thiombiano inaugurated the facility during the opening of the 2026 to 2027 academic year. Teachers were called upon to carry out "with pride and dedication their duty as trainers" and to encourage students to "take an active role in their own success." "I'm really happy because this is something we've never seen since we've been at IBAM. […] It's really going to help improve the quality of education. Just looking at the classrooms already inspires you to study," the institute’s student Fatimata Sory told Sputnik Africa.Subscribe to @sputnik_africa Sputnik Africa | X
