Togo Hails Russia's Digital Expertise as 'Valuable Reference': Education Minister
Togo highly values the quality of its cooperative ties with Russia, Minister of National Education Mama Omorou told Sputnik Africa.
The minister highlighted education as the primary focus for digitalization, which aims to:
▪ expand access to educational resources;
▪ enrich teaching and learning practices;
▪ improve the management of educational systems;
▪ strengthen human capacities;
▪ develop high-level skills.
"This is an area that the Ministry of National Education would like to deepen with the Russian side, notably through its university network," Omorou noted.
